Why Hot House Yoga?
Hot House Yoga teaches Hot Yoga and Hot Vinyasa.  We have over 25 years of combined experience teaching these two styles.  Our commitment is to stay at the forefront of what Hot Yoga and Hot Vinyasa has to offer. Consistency is the cornerstone of Hot House Yoga’s classes. There is a therapeutic vision to the sequence of postures taught in every class.  Modifications for injuries and differences in body types are taught and encouraged.  Hot House Yoga offers a stepping stone approach, providing a place to begin and, with practice, a place to grow.

The Foundation Course is a Perfect Place to Start!
This course is great for beginners or anyone wanting to increase their understanding of Hot Yoga.  Broken down into 6 classes, the foundation course will provide the student with essential knowledge for a successful yoga experience.  Each class introduces the student to a section of the Hot Yoga sequence.  The course can be done as a whole or per class depending on the individuals’ needs. Hot House Yoga Centers offer this course every month starting on the second week of the month.


What is Hot Yoga?
This style of yoga originates from Calcutta, India, known for its hot climate. Hot Yoga follows a specific sequence of postures created to work with the benefits of the heat. Heat protects the muscles as they move through their full range of motion. When practicing in the heat, endorphins are released helping reverse the negative effects of stress. Heat increases the heart rate, which, in turn strengthens the cardiovascular system. Hot Yoga helps your body rejuvenate itself through the process of sweating, helping release harmful toxins from your body.
